  Always a great experience at this location. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are always quick and never offer more than needed. Prices are always competitive and usually a coupon can be found.

  Strickland Brothers Auto Service was so customer friendly! Received annual car inspection within reasonable wait time. Highly recommend their services . 👍

  Workers were rude and made disrespectful unfunny comments while also not giving the option to decide whether i'd like certain stuff done on my car when I went to get an oil change.

  I took my first vehicle there and it was great. I was told by one of the mechanics he would give me 20% off on my 2nd vehicle. I went today and I mentioned the discount and the owner got rude to me. He told me they don’t give discounts and none of his guys told me that. I said yes they did, are you calling me a liar? He said who told you. The guy that told me was right at my tire checking the air. I told him this. He proceeded to tell me I could roll my vehicle right out of his shop. He was the owner! There was a vehicle blocking me. I got my oil changed he did give me the discount and told me I better remember they don’t do discounts/ coupons. That’s funny cause I had a coupon that ran out in April for this establishment. And if you do a search you will see they do do coupons. Also a synthetic oil change is at least 5,000. So not only is he rude,, labeling the sticker-oh wait mine is less than 3,000 miles to get it changed. Becareful people, I had never laid eyes on this man before, but to call me a liar!! When I told him who told me. He is going to run himself out of business. Hey manager, you don’t to your customers like you did me, we keep YOU in business.

  The mechanics were kind, efficient and speedy. They didn't try to up-sale me anything, but rather added purchase info on my receipt of a product they recommended that I could do myself. Not only was my service and experienced fantastic, but I learned so much about their character and care for customers that I overheard them talking about that will make me a customer for life
