  I was very pleased. As soon as I drove up I was welcomed, offered water by a super pleasant attendant and told when I would be serviced. Charles, the mechanic explained everything he did before he did it and gave me the cost so I could accept or choose not to..he was professional and courteous! The service was done quickly. I will definitely return...

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve been coming to this location for years, but something has clearly changed. Whether it’s new management or a shift in how the business is being run, the quality of service has gone downhill significantly. Customer service is terrible, and even the simplest services now take hours to complete—even when you have an appointment. The staff seems disorganized, communication is poor, and there is little regard for customers’ time. What concerns me most is the lack of care shown toward customers’ vehicles. I no longer feel confident that my vehicle is being handled with the attention and respect it deserves. After years of being a loyal customer, this experience was enough for me to decide not to return. Save your money and take your vehicle somewhere that values both your time and your property.

  this guy at this shop had a attitude toward my wife who simply was trying to get some information on a couple of things she needed for her inspection Thomas was the gentleman name just know we will not be coming here in the foreseeable future Definitely do not recommend!!!

  Everything you have read in other reviews is absolutely true. From being greeted with a cold bottle of water to walking through every inspection outcome and discussing options, the focus on quality customer service is apparent at every turn. Pricing is fair for the market and the coupon helps. I will never go anywhere else for my oil changes. Shout out to Spencer and Taelor for taking good care of me and for being so professionally and personally engaging.
