I have been coming to Valvoline for every single oil change since the day I got my driver's license. After years of loyalty, this business just lost a lifelong customer because a technician refused to stand by his word.During my visit, the technician explicitly told me that even though my tires were borderline and technically shouldn't pass, he would go ahead and pass my vehicle anyway. Relying on his word, I was shocked when the shop ended up failing me instead. They completely lied to my face.The absolute proof of their dishonesty came right after I left. I took my car straight to another certified inspection station. Even after I openly told the new mechanics exactly what Valvoline failed me for, they inspected the vehicle and passed it without issue.Because of this blatant dishonesty, Valvoline has not only lost my business for good, but I am also making sure that none of my friends or family ever bring their vehicles to this company again. Trust is everything, and this location completely destroyed it.

They also said my filter needed to be replaced and said it would cost $28 dollars to do so and when my bill came back it cost $36. My bill ended up being way more than I have ever paid for an oil change at other locations. Would not recommend.
