    Hi my name is Ashley Moore. My husband called on May 15th around 11am and made reservations, for a suv. I will attach the comfirmation email. The confirmation number is 2111766096. Well we arrived at the location in Albemarle, Nc to pick up the car, and they told us unfortunately they don’t have one. He said we do have a 15 passenger van however it was going to cost us 700 and something dollars instead of the 391.00. I said that’s unacceptable. I asked to talk to the manager I asked to talk to the regional manager or the branch manager. I do not care. I was not leaving that building without a car. He told me there’s nothing he can do. It happens all the time and this is just how it is and this is how enterprise is.. I then proceeded to ask if they were gonna give us the price for the 15 passenger van for the SUV and he said no they cannot do that. I then said are you gonna pay the cost of gas from the two vehicles? He said no he can’t do that. He said we just won’t have to fill the gas up when we bring it back. That is unacceptable. If this is how you treat your customers, I literally want every sign taken down about how you make your customers a priority over them and how you want there needs to be met first because that is so ridiculous. I just sat on the phone listening to how your company is a small company in this corporate world. I literally heard that over and over again. We are a small company in this corporate world and we thank you for your business. We are family owned. That is so sad that you’re OK to treat families this way being a family owned business and if you’re trying to say that this is how you treat people of supposedly small company in a corporate world I’m sorry, I’ve been treated by corporate businesses way better than I’ve ever been treated by you guys. This has never happened to me before and this is unacceptable and I will not stop until I get something resolved. I will continue to call. I will hire an attorney. I will do whatever it takes, but I’m going to get my situation treated right and I’m going to make sure this will NEVER happen to another person and that they will not ever have to deal with something that I had to deal with this morning. The emotional toll this has taken is unbelievable.

    I’ve been a loyal Enterprise customer for over 20 years, and this was by far my most disappointing experience. I booked a last-minute rental for 8:00 AM and arrived early at 7:51 AM. While waiting, a staff member kindly informed me they were running behind and would open shortly. I appreciated that communication. However, once inside, the experience quickly declined. The employee who assisted me (name given as “DJ”) presented himself in an unprofessional manner and appeared unprepared to begin the workday. More importantly, his customer service was dismissive and unnecessarily confrontational from the start. He questioned my reservation timing, made comments about my booking, and implied he was “helping me out” rather than providing a paid service. When I asked a reasonable question about pricing differences between vehicles, his tone became increasingly condescending. When I calmly clarified that I was simply trying to make the best financial decision—not asking for a favor—he abruptly ended the interaction by stating, “we are done here,” and refused to complete my rental. As a result, I was left without transportation after being dropped off and missed an important business commitment. This situation could have been resolved easily with basic professionalism, communication, and respect. Instead, it escalated unnecessarily due to poor customer service. I have already reported this experience to corporate and hope management takes appropriate steps to ensure better training and accountability at this location So a response with a link that does not work make this all the more unprofessional KIM.

    Super rude after not being able to honor a rental. Reserved premium, got confirmation, logged in, drove 20 min to location, then all that was available was a compact. No discount offered. Was told “if you don’t like it, don’t pick it up”. Called corp to complain, and was told to contact the location… Enterprise is a joke and this location is the punchline!
