I got an oil change and inspection. Carlos helped me with the grade of oil I preferred and topped off all my fluids. I will use this Advance, NC location again soon.

When I asked to speak to a live person since it couldn’t answer me it was a cycle of “let me see if I can assist you instead”. Then I’d ask my questions and it couldn’t answer. Needless to say Strickland brothers lost my business. Take 5 in clemmons had an actual human being to speak to and I highly recommend them since they haven’t switched to useless AI personalities.
