  Could not have had a better experience! Andrew (I hope I’m remembering his name correctly) was incredibly friendly and fair. He helped us get our stranded car started quickly and even gave us some awesome tips on local hidden gems for sightseeing away from the tourist spots. Completely turned our day around and gave us one of the highlights of our whole Yellowstone trip. The very best kind of family-owned business!

  Got unlucky with two blown tires while in Yellowstone on Saturday and Nick, the manager, was kind enough to come in the following day during after hours to do an emergency tire change on my car. He was super helpful and I can not appreciate him enough for taking time out of his day to help us out!

  We picked up a nail in the sidewall. The mechanic at Yellowstone National Park referred us to Clair & Dee’s Point Tire & Auto. They were able to replace our tire & contacted Discount tire on our behalf for the replacement to be covered under warranty. We are beyond grateful for the thorough & fast service.

  We can’t thank Ryan and the team enough. We came in with a damaged wheel after getting a flat tire, hoping for a temporary fix so we could make it safely to the airport. Ryan not only helped get us back on the road, but also took the time to check the tire pressure again and gave us honest advice that it wasn’t safe to continue driving through Yellowstone. Looking back after the drive to Bozeman Airport, he was absolutely right—the tire likely wouldn’t have made it. What really stood out was how much he cared. He recommended visiting Quake Lake instead, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip, and even shared a spot for sunset and stargazing that we never would have found on our own. Ryan’s honesty, kindness, and genuine concern for both our safety and our trip made all the difference. Thank you again—we’ll always remember your help.

  We made an appointment with the diesel mechanic a week in advance. They understood that we were living in the RV and would need to have it seen the same day. When we arrived, they said it would have to be another day. They should have let us know before we drove all the way there and wasted our day off. They are very unprofessional! They were not at all concerned about the inconvenience.
