- BFBlack Butte Forge3 days ago2.050 dollars to replace a $1.30 valve stem. Also couldn't do it right away dispite having no cars in their bays. 4 hours later, Had a bit of an attitude and the service technician walked about as slow as you possibly can. They are the only tire shop in West Yellowstone so everyone gets to put up with it. Hope you don't need them.

Point S was obviously closed for the 4th, but a phone call to our wonderful team Ryan and Nick came to the rescue! On their day off, they came in and solved the day! Thank you, gentlemen! True American Small Town Pride right there!🇺🇲

- KPKevin PJun 21, 20263.0We had an appt at 10:00 for an oil change. Walked in and he (desk mgr) said 'we're running late. I'll let you know at 11:00 where we stand." They've only been open 2 hrs. Then 11:15 came and no update, I went looking for him and got no answer. Approaching 11:45 and the sign goes on the front door, 'closed till 1:00 for lunch.' I looked in the lobby, and the desk mgr is throwing things in the lobby with the door locked. He unlocked the door and I immediately asked, 'do we have to wait till 1:00 now?' He said, 'no sir, were finishing you up now.' Long time for an oil change without seeing any urgency from the staff.
