  Developed an oil leak on my car a week into my road trip. I was mostly worried about my car breaking down or something happening along the road. Nick took a look at my car last minute(I called 30 minutes earlier) and told me that it is going to be a lot to fix BUT, I can keep driving as long as I keep checking my oil. Saved me money for now and gave me peace of mind for the rest of my trip! Thank you for the great customer service!

  This is absolutely the cleanest mechanic shop ive ever seen! The lobby shines service is phenomenal and all the mechanics are so helpful and caring! They've gone out of their way to help anyone, above and beyond what they have to and all with a smile! The manager is on top it all! Hes very involved and passionate with the work his mechanics do and is super helpful with guests. I highly recommend using Point S! You guys rock🤘💪👏!

  미국 횡단 렌터카 로드트립 여행중 2025. 6. 10. 도요타 자동차 계기판에 자꾸 "maintenance required soon" 문구가 현출되어 국립공원내 카센터에 가니 엔진오일을 교체해야 하는 데 2일 후에나 가능하다고 함. 향후 일정을 고려해서 오후 일정을 중지하고 웨스트 옐로스톤으로 나와 카센터를 찾다가 세번째 어렵게 이 정비소를 방문하였음 - 찾지 못했다면 공원내에서 교체해야하므로 모레 일정은 포기해야만 했음. 차량을 점검하던 중 데스크에서 일하는 여직원이 자꾸만 엔진오일을 교체할꺼냐고 묻는다. 아내가 네이버검색해서 위 문구가 도요다 차량은 엔진오일교환시 리셋 안해서 뜨는 문구인 것을 알게 됨. 정비하던 남자 직원도 엔진오일이 "IT DOESN'T LOOK GOOD" 이라고 말함 - 이제사 여직원이 자꾸 오일을 교체할 거냐고 묻는 이유를 알았음. 무료로 점검해 줌. 정비소에서 이루어진 과정에서 사무실 여직원과 차량 정비 남자 직원이 너무 친절함 - 이와 반대로 공원내 카센터 여직원은 엔진은 보지도 않고 계기판 문구만 보고 교체해야한다고 말하는 것을 보니 엉터리. 두 분 때문에 서부에서 뉴욕으로의 40일 횡단여행을 무사히 마무리 할 수 있었습니다. 너무 너무 감사합니다. 복 받으세요~.   Claire & Dee's Point S, in West Yellowstone, MT Beware of price gouging and not standing behind their work. On August 23, 2025, the check engine light was displayed on my 2014 F250 truck. Claire & Dee's Point S, in West Yellowstone, MT, checked the OBD which indicated a faulty NOx Sensor. On August 26, 2025, they removed, and installed, a new NOx sensor at a charge of $625.95 (part only, yet the local NAPA sells the part for $385) plus $210.00 (labor charge). On August 27, 2025, I drove approximately 285 miles, when the check engine light was displayed again. I took the truck into Performance Ford in Bountiful, UT. The service advisor, Andrew Bates, connected the OBD and it read faulty NOx Sensor. I took the truck to my local Ford dealer (Ken Graff Ford in ST. George, UT) where they connected the OBD which conformed to a faulty NOx Sensor. They performed a full pin point test and installed a new NOx Sensor at a total cost of $1,208.96. As of today, in spite of emails and telephone calls, I have yet to get a written response, or action, to my request for any type of reimbursement.
