I come this store very often for my oil changes. Every time I come in everyone working in the bays are promptly helping and thorough with their works. I feel like everyone that comes in is well taken care of. The manager greeted themselves. I was impressed by the communication and timely service from Denice, David, and Xander! I excellent job Valvoline “West Broadway, Missoula MT” Crew, see you next time!

My last visit has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will find a different company to do my oil change in the future.

The services performed were great for what I needed. The CSR Jordan has great customer service and interaction. He was easy to deal with and very informative for the services my car needed. The area manager DJ, however was good at what he did, but when Jordan made a mistake he made sure to talk to him right in front of us. Being a boss myself and having to have talks likes this, it should have been handled a different way and behind closed doors. I would have never done this with any of my employees in front of peers. I could tell it made him feel uncomfortable and made me uncomfortable for him and I saw it in his face after he turned around right next to the drivers window. After DJ left I said I am sorry we had to hear the structure from DJ, and said he was doing a great job, as Jordan was funny and made sure our visit was good. DJ needs more training on how to talk to employees, and the right time to do it, the humiliation for Jordan should not be tolerated when having a full shop and customers 2 feet away with windows down. I feel bad for Jordan, when he was doing such a great with services. Not impressed with the area manager, I will be going back for future services and would like Jordan to be my guy!

The whole Valvoline team was very professional and service oriented. The computers next to the front window provided access to customer information and service feedback directly to the driver. I interacted with all the employees and each member was personable and seemed to love their jobs! I highly recommend Missoula Valvoline!!!

Denice and Audrey were absolutely wonderful! I'd never been to Valvoline before and will absolutely come back because they were so kind. Denice was incredibly knowledgeable about services they offered and my vehicle's needs. Audrey and the rest of the guys worked so quickly on getting all my needs met... I don't even think I was there 30 minutes... Stone Cold Professionals ... I will sing their praises to any and all who will listen.
