  Not happy they didn’t know anything about my 2027 telluride guessed on the model. Changed the filter to a valvoline filter without asking me if I wanted it. Didn’t inspect the lights and dripped oil all over the new engine and hood of the car. Instead of cleaning it up with a clean towel he took a heavily saturated with oil towel and rubbed the new paint on the new hood hard causing tiny scratches. I’m most pissed about forcing me to accept a filter I didn’t ask for and the oil all over my brand new sparkling clean engine and extremely pissed about the superficial scratches. They are only fit to work on older model cars newer ones they are more then will to mess them up. Asking me to hit up your customer service bullcrap email is horse poop. Like you can fix anything are you going to give me my Kia filter that was literally just put in by Kia less than a month ago back, are you going to clean the engine to its original state or are you going to pay to buff out the scratches put on the front hood???? Doubtful

  From the time I pulled into the bay to the time I pulled out and was back on the road, it was maybe 10 minutes. The staff was friendly, professional, efficient, and didn’t try to sell me services I didn’t need. I highly recommend this place.

  I’ve always had a great experience here. The staff is incredibly kind, genuine, and helpful, and they always make me feel like they’re doing everything they can to take care of me. Whenever I have a question or need something, they’re happy to help and make the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciate the level of care and customer service they provide every time I come in. Definitely a place I trust and would recommend!

  The team took efficient and thorough care of me and were sweet and patient with me being overheated and struggling with directions. I feel confidence and ease in Valvoline’s ability to take good care of me and my rig.

  I was in bay 2 around 10:40 this morning - The men working were respectful and accommodating. They recommended a rear differential change and I am glad they did! I’ve been having a whistling/whooshing noise and it quit making the noise after the rear differential change. I had no idea what the noise was from, now I do. Thanks guys!!
