  Was told to come back and sign a new contract for our rental as insurance payment had expired. When I did show to sign they forced me to switch vehicles so they could sell the one we were in. I was then charged for fuel even though I was not afforded an opportunity to fill the tank, which I always do. It felt kind of scammy.

  Extremely Limited availability at this location most of the year. 2 vehicles in a row rented here that have strong cigarette odors. Didn’t like the way the rep talked to me on my most recent stop to request a swap.

  Rented and reserved a truck months out, they told me when I arrived that they didn't have it so they substituted it for a "SUV". Said SUV was a Hyundai Kona, and it was terrible. No power, bluetooth and carplay didn't work, it got terrible mileage. Service was nice and they gave me a ride to the airport. They just rent out crappy cars. Wouldnt recommend overall

  The website says they take debit card but upon arrival they said they only take credit cards for an out of state license. Even if you have an in state license you have to bring utility bills with you....to rent a car? I used Enterprise at another location a few months prior and these arbitrary rules didn't apply there which only added to the confusion. I think it would have been fine if the staff acknowledged these rules were unusual but the attendant helping us was far too cavalier and acted as if we should have known it's only credit cards and utility bills to.....rent a car? Head over to Dollar instead. We had a super smooth experience with them, they accept debit cards and don't require a utility bill to rent a car.

  Reserved a car weeks before our trip. When we arrived to pick the car up, the guy informed me that I had to use a credit card because it was an out of state rental and that I couldn’t use my debit card. (He was in no way apologetic for the inconvenience and lack of communication) I told him we would figure something out to give me a few minutes to make a call and jokingly I said , “Please don’t give our car away I will be right outside making a call!” He smirked at me and said he couldn’t GUARANTEE ANYTHING!!! We had traveled all day and were exhausted, I will not be back to Enterprise!
