  We were helped by Carter as soon as we arrived at the airport. The check out process was so easy. We got an amazing suv and it was wonderful on gas!

  Enterprise always provides a good experience, and I find their prices usually quite fair. The cars are always new or almost new, and they don’t try to upsell things too hard. All I need is basic transportation, and they understand that quickly.

  I want to share my experience because Gina at this Enterprise location truly saved the day for my family. I was stranded after another rental vehicle broke down in Vaughn, Montana. I went to the nearby Great Falls Enterprise location, but they turned me away, saying they had no vehicles available — even though Priceline had already made and confirmed my reservation. Left with no other option, I took a 3-hour Uber ride from Great Falls all the way to the Missoula Montana Airport Enterprise location, arriving around 10:00 pm to pick up the vehicle. They made sure a vehicle would be available by the time I arrived, and sure enough, it was there waiting for me. The vehicle available was a bit small for my family, but Gina, who was at the counter that late at night, was incredibly friendly, considerate, and helpful. She was welcoming and went out of her way to offer us a minivan instead, which was exactly what we needed in such a stressful situation. I'm so thankful for Gina and truly appreciate the excellent service from this Enterprise location. After a long and frustrating day, she made sure my family was taken care of, and that kindness meant everything. Thank you Gina

  As of July 2026 Enterprise has rectified the issue so rating is updated. Car ac stopped working one hour into our drive to Galcier National Park and enterprise roadside said they cannot help unless car becomes undrivable. Car was very dirty inside and out. Checking out Car and out was fast and easy. That is my only compliment. Airport enterprise never answered my calls when I asked for help and told then ac was broken and I need it fixed ASAP. My family suffered due to enterprise missoula airport. Checking the car in, the lady at the desk said she would handle it. Will update review if anything else happens but I am doubtful based on my terrible experience thus far. Van was around $920 for 4 days. Had adjusting lumbar which was nice for the long car ride in the hot car. Froze some water bottles to stay somewhat cool during the summer drives.
