  Great experience with Missoula Enterprise!!! We got a free upgrade when we picked up and at drop off, Jack gave us a ride to the airport.

  Car ac stopped working one hour into our drive to Galcier National Park and enterprise roadside said they cannot help unless car becomes undrivable. Car was very dirty inside and out. Checking out Car and out was fast and easy. That is my only compliment. Airport enterprise never answered my calls when I asked for help and told then ac was broken and I need it fixed ASAP. My family suffered due to enterprise missoula airport. Checking the car in, the lady at the desk said she would handle it. Will update review if anything else happens but I am doubtful based on my terrible experience thus far. Van was around $920 for 4 days. Had adjusting lumbar which was nice for the long car ride in the hot car. Froze some water bottles to stay somewhat cool during the summer drives.
