  I requested to rent a Jeep from Alamo in Missoula Montana. I have had a problem in the past requesting a Jeep in a mountainous state but getting a “similar” vehicle, which was AWD rather than 4WD and shorter clearance, but Alamo in Missoula gave me exactly what I requested!!! Good experience.

  Settle every question before you leave the counter. Once you drive off, calling back gets you the national reservations line, not the Missoula desk — so any follow-up questions goes to someone with no connection to this location. On an earlier trip I rented from Avis at this same airport and spoke with someone at their desk directly. I'd book with them in the future because of that.

  When I got my car at the Missoula airport I was not too far from the airport when I realized the charging ports weren’t working and I couldn’t connect apple play. I went back and I got a great car! Super comfortable and an upgrade. This is the way service should be. The girls behind the counter were so positive and helpful. Thank you!!

  Excellent customer service at MSO airport , quick, easy, very helpful , fair priced (through Costco) easy access to vehicles, drop off etc. Had a slight mishap with the first vehicle (tire severally out of balance) , but they quickly got a replacement vehicle. Everything was perfect after that. Young lady at the counter was very efficient and on top of it! Definitely will stick with Alamo from here on out.
