  I called Rapid Point Auto to ask a question about a car I was thinking about buying for my son. I provided the information and received a callback the same day with the worst-case-scenario price. We were able to get an appointment in two days, and it was fixed before noon;) Everyone was kind and knowledgeable, and the total cost was less than the estimate :-)

  Super fast and convenient service. Made an appointment at 4 for 4 tires to be removed and new ones mounted and balanced. Was done less than 20 minutes.

  Took a 1 ton dually for a front end inspection/diagnostic for inner wall wear. I also communicated the rear brakes were shot but not wanting them done here. I also communicated the power steering gear box felt loose and was covered in fluid. Diagnostic/repair recommendation came back as needing an alignment, steering damper, and a quote to do the rear brakes. Steering damper was a bit over priced, $130 in parts for a $65 damper from Napa, but shops have to make money so not going to gripe too much there. Still have loose steering and now getting vibration on the front end that seems to get progressively worse after 20 miles of driving along with power steering pump now whining under load.I asked the front desk when paying if they were sure the power steering was okay and was reassured it was fine. Also has a loose sway bar link and quite a bit of play in the drag link- might be steering box play. Although the shop didn’t do the rear brakes, when I did them the following day found a missing lug on the rear passenger side. Granted they didn’t touch the rear, a bit of a miss when diagnosing anything steering suspension related. All in all, convenient for location but room for improvement.

  We have trusted rapid tire for years. They are a local small business who cares about there customers. Don't let the name change scare you its still the same people. They can also do general repairs not just a tire place.

  I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else, at this point. Rapid Tire has bent over backward to take care of me, with constant communication, honest price quotes, true on-time delivery and friendly service, as well as a wealth of information and a sympathetic ear when it was needed and appreciated. They have truly gone above and beyond for me, for multiple vehicles, and in so glad I found them (by being screwed over by another local shop).
