  I can not say enough positive about my experience with Laurel AutoZone! Was stranded in Laurel, AutoZone went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle back on the road. Also sharing in my joy of getting my vehicle fixed. Highly recommend!!! Thanks again!!

  I want to recognize the exceptional service I received from Loretta at the Laurel AutoZone. Today, I needed to replace the battery in my vehicle because the brand-new battery I had installed turned out to be the wrong one. To be honest, I was a little hesitant about going to an auto parts store. Growing up, I often felt that women weren't always treated with the same level of respect or attention when it came to automotive needs. I am happy to say that my experience at Laurel AutoZone completely changed that perception. From the moment I arrived, Loretta treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion. She took the time to understand my situation, helped me find the correct battery for my vehicle, and then went above and beyond by helping install it as well. What could have been a stressful and overwhelming situation became completely manageable thanks to her knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help. Her customer service was truly outstanding, and she made me feel valued and respected throughout the entire process. Loretta is an amazing manager and a wonderful example of what great customer service should look like. I am grateful for her help and happy to have found a place where I know I can go for my automotive needs with confidence. Thank you, Loretta, for turning a difficult day into a positive experience!

  I would like to give a huge shoutout to both Claire and Loretta at the Laurel AutoZone for their outstanding customer service. My experience began with a phone call to the store while helping a friend whose family member had purchased the wrong battery for her vehicle. Claire was incredibly helpful, professional, and respectful while verifying the correct battery that was needed. He confirmed that the battery my friend had received was not the right fit and took the time to make sure we had the correct information. When my friend arrived at the store, I was on a video call with her and had the opportunity to see firsthand the exceptional service provided by Loretta and her team. My friend is a disabled senior on a limited budget, and Loretta treated her with kindness, patience, dignity, and respect. Not only did she help ensure my friend received the correct battery, but she also assisted with installing it. It's rare to find customer service that goes above and beyond in the way these people did. They made what could have been a stressful situation easy and positive, and they genuinely cared about helping someone in need. Although I don't live in the Laurel area myself, I would highly recommend Loretta, Claire, and the entire team at the Laurel AutoZone. Their professionalism, compassion, and dedication to customer service truly set them apart.

  After locking myself out of my car, I went to AutoZone and was met with nothing but kindness. The woman there, lorida I believe, was very kind and she helped me get my door unlocked. She was knowledgeable and had a smile on her face the entire time. Five stars for sure
