The technician broke plastics, lost pins, got some sort of dirt all over my car, didn't treat my windshield very well and the new windshield wipers don't hardly touch glass!

These guys are great! Cheapest price in town and excellent customer service. Caleb my install guy went above and beyond and even paid for a part that broke on my antenna out of his own pocket. The mobile service was really convenient as well.
Tech was on time, he was thorough replacing my new windshield.. everything looks great and doesn’t leak. He cleaned up his mess and left. It was like he was never at my house. Safelite has always done superior work!

We had a very professional, efficient and communicative
experience. We were contacted in short order and a time set up for a few days in the future. The technician contacted us as to when he would arrive and how long the process would take. all went smoothly and the process was completed in a shorter time frame than expected. Would recommend this company whole heartedly.

WHAT an experience. Our work van encounters a very small, dime size highway rock chip. I called Safelite and they said they would be able to fix it no problem for $92 bucks. Scheduled a date and time, and dropped it off. All good. I got a call an hour after dropping it off that they did not fix the rock chip, but made it extremely worse and as a result, need a brand new windshield. The technician then explained to me that it's rare, I was very understanding and asked what a new windshield would cost us. He could not look it up, so I had to go back through the 1-800 process dealing with ai chat assistants that couldn't help at all and ultimately came by myself and told them we would be taking the van back and not proceeding with them replacing it. They didn't offer a discount for the mistake except not charging me for the service for "fixing the rock chip". I then called the 1-800 customer service to let them know and they were much more understanding and said they would have the manager call me to see if there could offer some sort of discount. I was not aware of this risk when I scheduled the appointment, and no exceptions were made. Just the classic big corporation customer service treatment. This is a small town, and good communication and reputation matter to me. I won't be going to Safelite for our business or personal needs, and would highly encourage people to go to Glacier Glass instead. The manager still has not contacted me either so customer support does not sit high on their priorities obviously.
