  Had to get my windshield replaced, it was easy to make an appointment, and the staff are super friendly. It took less time than I thought it would, but now I have a new windshield. 10/10 recommend!

  Horrible experience. My car was wrecked into my other vehicle 6 minutes after the technician arrived. They tried to bribe me with a $250 discount instead of going through insurance. Vehicle was left dirty inside with plastic pieces and rear view not installed. They charged me $350 instead of the quoted $250. Now I have to deal with their slow insurance and spend my time taking 2 vehicles to the body shop.

  After waiting for installer for four hours- no show. No update no call! I will use local provider in the future. Horrible service. No live person to talk to.

  NEVER USE SAFELITE EVER!!!! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Terrible product and horrible customer service. I started by only wanting a few rock chips repaired. When they completed the work I still had visible rock chips plus new cracks running from the rock chip which I was told “looks ugly but it won’t fail”. It did fail many more cracks started so I was forced to get a new windshield. I was quoted an OEM windshield with a lifetime warranty against all damage including future rock chips. When I showed up for the replacement I did not get an OEM windshield and was told the warranty only covers issues with the install. Plus the price was higher than what I was quoted. This company is impossible to get a hold of, sending you round and round a phone tree or chat session. Please do yourself a favor and NEVER USE SAFELITE EVER!!!
