- AMAZ Games And MoreAug 6, 20261.0RUINED MY TRUCK. Took in for inspection. Report said nothing about the engine like I specified to check. Was returned without oil in it. Now engine is toasted! Overcharged services. 2nd time mechanic didnt tighten everything down blew head gasket was charged $4000 for servicing vehicle. They did fix on their own dime but way over charged for the services!!!

They took great care of my car and communicated with me well about the issues that needed to be addressed. They replaced my fuel pump with incredible quickness and accommodated my schedule to pick up my car. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a tune up or repair!

I just can't say thank you enough, that kind of service is almost unheard of. You've done a GREAT job advising me from oil changes, brakes, battery, radiator all things Betty had to have. Their bays are excellent, facilities clean, service superb and they have some of the best front desk/parts guys working with Chad and Mark. I always enjoy communicating with either Mark or Chad because I can have an intelligent conversation about mechanics and hash out what I think is going on. I honestly wouldn't just let anyone work on my old Jeep Cherokee and have always been treated with respect. I also appreciated seeing a lot of older veterans waiting in the waiting area for their vehicles. It may not seem like a big deal to most, but as a female veteran myself, veterans no matter their age, rank or time in service only stick with people who follow through with what they say they are going to do and have honest service. So to see that kind of loyalty of the clientele is pretty cool. Five star rating all around for Loren's Auto Repair. I highly recommend this local business.
