- NBNick Brown2 days ago1.0Just waited in line for 3 hours for a car for which I had a reservation. I kid you not the line has over 100 people in it! Top notch employees, but they need some help! We were about 20th so I highly doubt everyone in line with a reservation will get a car.

The two ladies at the desk were so slow and were loudly complaining about working there and agreed to walk out at 5. As they are having this conversation, the lady is taking my driver's license and credit card, etc....all while not even looking at me, but instead talking to her coworker. I got no instructions about the inspection or gas. The absolute worst. This will not be my last trip to Kalispell...but it is definitely the last time I rent a car from enterprise or Alamo here.
- MSMike SmithAug 1, 20265.0THOMAS BROOKS FLETCHER is the BOMB!! I cannot believe I am saying this about a rental car but this was a FIRST-CLASS experience. We rented a car from Missoula and it did not come with a spare tire. We were already in Glacier National Park so the closest location was Kalispell to do a swap. Thomas handled everything from grabbing a new set of keys, completing the paperwork for the exchange, and he discounted our rental for the inconvenience. Going above and beyond: he also moved out golf clubs, water bottles, and other items to the new vehicle… AND he turned on the AC in the new car for us so it was cooled down in MT’s 90* weather. I needed to be pinched the service was incredible, seamless, and just too easy!
