  Really bad lost and found service. I forgot my sunglasses in the glovebox of the rental car. I called the next morning and they said to call back later since the car was at the wash bay. I called back multiple times and couldn’t get through. Next morning I got in contact with them and they said the same thing to call back later. I tried to and they never answered all day. The third day I got in contact and the worker told me ‘they would have noticed a pink sunglasses case so it must not have been in there’ even though I said it was inside the glovebox so it would not be ‘super noticeable’. I know they are still in the glovebox but no one at enterprise would take the time to just open it and look inside. Really frustrating experience.

  Jami and the entire team are incredible. I always use this company but this was the best branch effort I’ve seen and if you check my account, I’ve been to 100+ branches. Thank you so much to Jami and I’ll be returning soon!

  We had a great experience renting with Enterprise for our Montana trip. Taylor was our agent for both check in and check out. She was very nice, helpful, and gave good recommendations for food. The process was very easy which is exactly what we wanted after a long flight to Montana. Thanks so much, Taylor!

  Booked a rental for an SUV with all wheel drive 6 months in advance and when we got there they gave us a mini van saying they didn't have any SUV’s though we saw two other people leaving after us getting into SUV’s. Avoid Enterprise at all cost! Any of the others will be better i am sure! 6 months in advance!!!

  Made a reservation 3 weeks in advance and on the day of pick-up at the reservation counter, they informed us that their reservation system had been broken for 3 weeks and our reservation was cancelled. There was no attempt to contact us prior to the reservation date, and no compensation or alternatives offered (we even asked if they could just call us a cab to get to another rental car place or hotel, which they refused). We had to re-book with a different car rental agency the next day, and paid a premium due to demand and short-notice. Won't use Enterprise again.
