I am extremely disappointed in how Alpha 2 Omega Auto Repair has handled this situation, especially how they have treated a vehicle owner who was not even involved in the disagreement.
This vehicle has had ongoing engine issues despite multiple repairs. On December 29, 2025, Alpha 2 Omega completed repairs totaling $3,945.30, including over $2,600 in labor. After only approximately 2,200 miles, the vehicle was back in the shop with engine problems.
When I questioned why the owner should potentially be responsible for paying labor again on a defective part, I was told that while they warranty their workmanship, they are not responsible for labor associated with a defective part. I questioned how that explanation aligned with their published warranty.
Things escalated after I went to 406 Motors, the dealership involved in the original vehicle purchase, to address concerns about the ongoing repairs. Following that separate confrontation, Alpha 2 Omega sent the vehicle owner a message stating that because of my alleged behavior, they were immediately terminating their business relationship with HER.
Let that sink in. The vehicle owner was not involved in that confrontation, yet she was the one left dealing with the consequences.
They discontinued work on her vehicle, demanded payment for diagnostics and disassembly, threatened storage fees and a possible mechanic's lien, and required her to remove the vehicle from their property.
Today, she was forced to have her Tahoe towed away because Alpha 2 Omega left the engine disassembled and refused to put it back together.
I also discovered that Elijah, the individual involved in my confrontation at 406 Motors, is listed as the registered agent for Alpha 2 Omega Auto Repair. This was particularly surprising because when I previously asked about their business relationship, I was told they were not partnered or contracted with him.
I understand that businesses have the right to address inappropriate conduct. However, I strongly disagree with penalizing a vehicle owner for a disagreement involving someone else, particularly when her vehicle is already in pieces and there are unresolved concerns about previous repairs.
In my opinion, this feels retaliatory. The vehicle owner was simply trying to get her vehicle repaired, and instead, she was left with another bill, a disassembled engine, and the expense of towing her vehicle elsewhere.
People deserve transparency, accountability, and clear answers when spending thousands of dollars on vehicle repairs.
I stand behind my review and have documentation supporting the events described above.
