  Got more oil changed and tires rotated. All within 15 mins. Great crew that works there and they are super friendly.

  Overfilled my oil, over a half to a full quart. Initially, they changed the oil, showed me the level, I said it looks good. Then right before they were done, I noticed one of the workers putting more oil in, then they sent me on my way. I should've said something then, but I figured they are professionals. A few days later I took it back to have them check, the manager wiped the dipstick showed it to me, it was perfectly level, I thought, okay it must of worked itself out and I went about my business. Checked it again later just see if I was crazy, nope, it's still overfull. I drained the excess out, now it is perfectly level. All I can figure is the manager lied to me and wiped the excess oil off of the dipstick when he showed it to me. I'm never going back, plus their prices have gone up tremendously even with their coupons. I can change my own oil for way less. 2 stars because they have treated me well in the past, otherwise I'd give a 1 star for this shadiness. My truck seems to be fine......

  Very professional and friendly. Had a coupon for 50% off at jiffy lube, Price quote for a conventional oil change was $89 which is outrageous and they also wouldn’t honor the coupon, decided to go to valvoline where it was $64 before a 25 off coupon. Very reasonably priced and ended up with an even better deal than if they had accepted the 50% off. Will continue to go to valvoline.
