  They ordered the wrong glass twice. It's been almost 3 weeks and they still haven't even gotten the correct glass and have no clue how to rectify the situation. They will TRY and have the GM contact me. This is for a 2023 Wrangler, not some rare car. **Update, they damaged the car according to the new glass guy and the manager never called me** This business failed me, took 3 weeks to do it. Next glass shop had the correct glass in a day.

  I have used the safelite in Helena in the past and it was good service. But the last time I used it I was very disappointed. I bought a nice new to me truck with an immaculate interior but a cracked windshield. So I went to get a new windshield put in, I should have went somewhere else. When I got my truck back it didn’t take me long to realize that they damaged my interior. While cutting out the old windshield they sliced into my interior windshield trim on the passenger side. I have called numerous times about getting it replaced and even visited the location 4-5 times to inquire about getting it replaced. All the times I called and visited I was met with helpfulness and the guarantee that they would fix their mistake, then radio silence and it still is not fixed to this day. Another thing that shocks me is they would have had to have known of the damage when they did it because my dash was clean when I picked up my truck. That means they cleaned up the pieces they cut off and hoped that I wouldn’t notice. So no don’t go to this safelite, they damage your vehicle, won’t tell you about it, and when you notice then they will not fix it. Will not be going back.
