Outstanding service and customer care. We have used Safelite for four windshield replacements and every single experience has been a success. Our recent visit to the Helena location was a prime example of why we keep coming back after our ram truck's windshield was replaced. It's safety features weren't functioning properly after they installed non-OEM glass. Connor, the district manager stepped right in to problem solve the issue. He went above and beyond by working directly with our insurance company to get authorization for OEM glass and coordination of the entire second replacement process seamlessly. Terrence, our Safelite tech was professional and polite throughout the entire experience. It's rare to find a team so dedicated to getting things right and taking care of their customers. Huge thanks to Connor and Terrence for their top-notch service. We highly recommend the Safelite team in Helena

A rock chipped my windshield within a couple weeks of buying my truck. I called my insurance, and they sent someone from the Safelite on Euclid. Terrance was professional, polite, and fast. He left my windshield looking brand new, as if nothing had happened. It's rare to see someone who does their job with such a great attitude.

Quick and easy process. Very reasonable price and lots of communication between the technician, because rescheduling throughout a rainy week. He was on top of it, and the work looks great.

I had a great experience with Safelite replacing my windshield. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful from start to finish. The replacement was done quickly and the workmanship was excellent. They made what could have been a stressful situation very easy and hassle-free. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Safelite to others!
