  Great service, no problems with scheduling.Followed up with text messages through out. Exchange the pickup windshield and took care of the roof that had some rust spots. Service above and beyond. Thank you !

  What a nice surprise! After seeing so many awful reviews, I was hesitant to go to Safelite for a new windshield, but they had me in and out, everything handled perfectly in about an hour. I am most impressed!

  The Helena Montana Safelite is the very best with their quality of service for the customer and work itself. I had made a HUGE mistake with going with a different windshield replacement company and it leaked water on the inside and couldn't be repaired. Safelite had a challenge to remove all the excess sealant the other company had used. I'll never use anyone other than Safelite from here forward. The technicians even showed me the previous substandard work. With a bit of work they cleaned up the mess and properly installed the new windshield. Friendly staff at the Helena MT office.

  The actual repair was quick and well done, but the tech who came out to my house broke my windshield wiper housing and tried to hide it. If they'd just informed me immediately it wouldn't have been a problem at all, but trying to cover up a mistake like that is fairly unacceptable.

  Made the appointment and they came to my house and did a great job. Easiest windshield repair I have done. Only downside was the all day window for their arrival.
