  Had to reschedule our appointment twice, once because too many of their technicians called out, the second time because they had ordered the wrong windshield. They should have had the right windshield for the first appointment, though, so why did they have to order it again and get it wrong? The kicker was that when we scheduled a third appointment, the price had gone up over $100. Their reason was that "the price of glass always fluctuates," but this was less than a week since the first scheduled appointment and the delay was entirely due to their own mistakes. Luckily, where we go for windshield repairs can also fluctuate, and it's not going to be Safelite anymore. They either neglected to order the windshield in time for our first appointment and lied about being understaffed to cover it up or there isn't enough oversight to ensure that the same windshield gets ordered for a rescheduled appointment for a customer they've already inconvenienced. When they finally get their own house in order enough to do the job they are being paid for, it's then that same inconvenienced customer who has to pay the extra cost for their mistakes. No thanks.

  I had 1 chip and one crack repaired on my windshield. The appointment was on time, the repairs look great, and the staff was very friendly, courteous and respectful. I’m hoping that I don’t get anymore cracks, but living in Montana, I’m sure that I will. I will go back to Safelite, and recommend them to anyone. For me, it’s better than a windshield replacement.

  Outstanding service and customer care. We have used Safelite for four windshield replacements and every single experience has been a success. Our recent visit to the Helena location was a prime example of why we keep coming back after our ram truck's windshield was replaced. It's safety features weren't functioning properly after they installed non-OEM glass. Connor, the district manager stepped right in to problem solve the issue. He went above and beyond by working directly with our insurance company to get authorization for OEM glass and coordination of the entire second replacement process seamlessly. Terrence, our Safelite tech was professional and polite throughout the entire experience. It's rare to find a team so dedicated to getting things right and taking care of their customers. Huge thanks to Connor and Terrence for their top-notch service. We highly recommend the Safelite team in Helena

  A rock chipped my windshield within a couple weeks of buying my truck. I called my insurance, and they sent someone from the Safelite on Euclid. Terrance was professional, polite, and fast. He left my windshield looking brand new, as if nothing had happened. It's rare to see someone who does their job with such a great attitude.
