  Well considering I was wanting a tire rotation and they chose not to do it because they didn't feel I needed it, wasn't good. I drove off and had to return because my tires were under inflated. Yet I was told by a so called technician that they were never touched and would come up to pressure after about 15 miles of driving. Mind you, I just drove 80 miles to get there. Service writer gal and guy and so called technician wanted to argue on both points... Oil change was fine. Unfortunately you have lost a customer and any other people I tell to avoid your business. Pretty sad since you hang a NAPA Autocare sign.

  They're very professional and friendly at the same time. As I went in for a oil change and tire rotation the day before I got a flat they checked it for me and since it was unable to be fixed and put back on. They gave me a temporary tire, was in good condition and the same tread consistency until I am able to get my Summer tires so that I wouldn't have to run around on a donut. And they didn't even diamond nickel me on it. Nowadays, it's hard to find a place that doesn't take advantage in that way in my experience anyways. Been going there for about a year now and I've never had any issues like I have in the past at other places. I definitely refer my friends and family to them.

  Great people great service. Had to have a light bulb replaced and I couldn't do it myself. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Also very friendly staff

  2000 dollars, 2 separate CHARGED diagnotic testings, 3 repairs, and 2 weeks later .... My car has exactly the same problem that I took it in for. They were nice enough to let me know that they repaired one part for free. Because it wasn't the actual problem and they did a bunch of other extra diagnosing that didn't work. I made it very clear that I needed to know what the problem was because I needed.This car to be safe for travel! I was given a loner car that had front end issues And an engine light on. When I returned it with half a tank, they actually sent me a text to ask me what "we" were going to do about it. It just sohappened that at the same time they sent me that stupid text, I had to pull over because of the excessive noise in my vehicle coming from the front end that was worse than when I took my vehicle to them. It is no better than most of my experiences in helena with mechanics.Where they do not communicate, keep your car much longer than necessary, find add ons that don't resolve the problem and gaslight. I do not believe any of that is legal.Especially charging for diagnostics and not diagnosing.The problem that was presented. Nice enough to show me the diagnostic reports after I complained about my still unrepaired vehicle that was never presented before I demanded proof of broken parts.It turns out I need front brakes, but that was never mentioned as an necessary repair that needed done from there, diagnostic testing. I only got documentation when I demanded it. I cannot believe they have a four point nine star.Because our local area classifieds is full of complaints about this shop. I only took my vehicle there.Because of an inaccurate internet search. It is one of the most overpriced and unprofessional places.I've ever dealt with.
