This time I had my "new" 2011 Buick and they treated me as if I should be ready to trade it in for a new car. Quoted me saying it needs $5000 work done. I walked out extremely disappointed in the diagnosis which said my Power Steering was leaking. And in 2025. My dad had the entire power steering unit replaced and redone. I have the paperwork. So..feel like I got lied to.
