  Was on a road trip with from California to Minnesota and my car battery started unexpectedly messing up and Cole got my old battery out and a new one in and got my car running well within 30 minutes

  I came into auto zone Helena to pick up an engine air filter. I figured this would be a simple process. I ended up waiting in line for around 20 minutes because the staff were clearly struggling to competently help the customers in front of me. It seems like they were having a really hard time with their computer system, selecting inventory etc. I patiently waited in line and finally was helped. I gave the staff member the make, model and year of my vehicle. He selected the incorrect air filter and I went home to install it and it was about twice the size of my engine air filter. Frustrated I returned the next day and the staff member spent around 20 minutes trying to properly exchange the previous air filter for the correct one. All in all, I probably spent 45 minutes to an hour in auto zone getting an air filter not to mention the added time of travel back to auto zone after their mistake. This is complete incompetence by the staff, and they wasted an hour of my time. Do not shop here! This entire process should have taken 5 minutes at most

  Terrible Customer service!!! I just wanted to get a lightbulb, but wasn't helped at all when it came to finding down the isle! then after I got ringed up the worker (Terry) muttered rude comments under his breath as i was leaving. Don't plan on coming back after that experience
