  I said I wouldn't leave a bad review because mistakes happen and things worked out where we borrowed a friend's dad's car (we're 42 so this shouldn't be a thing). I selected the "they choose a car". which states a compact car or larger. On the website this shows vehicles with 5 seats and trunks like Nissan maximas in the description. When I got there and he had a Mitsubishi eclipse which is an economy on their site, this fits 4 people and not 4 suitcases we decided to not get it. When I came back to show him that the website shows compact and larger (only for his future reference) he argued. That's where I got upset. They class the cars differently because there is an obvious difference or else they'd be in the same class. He stated if you put the 2 next to each other you'd barely tell the difference. There is a large difference. One in the number of people it holds and second the cargo space. If I'd just gotten a simple "your right, we're sorry. I hope next time we can do better. Maybe here's 10% discount next time. Really anything but to argue the fact is just ridiculous. This location if you want to rent on a weekend you also have to pay for extra days because you have to pick up during weekdays! I once wanted a Saturday pickup and got charged a full extra day because I had to pickup Friday. I'm probably going to drive the 45 miles next time and use the other rental company instead for my next trip.

  I wanted to rent a car for 3 days for work and it was $170 something dollars I was ready to pay that but then they wanted to do a $300 down payment that they attached to your card for whatever reason which the person didn't tell me over the phone So I didn't get the car and I walked a mile and a half home so that was that

  We recently rented a Ford Edge from Enterprise Rent a Car..In Hamilton, Mt. I worked with Joel, he picked me up at S&S Auto Body Inc.. and took me back for the paperwork at Enterprise.. He is very nice and professional, he rented us a washed up,,,clean interior Ford Edge Car.. From A-Z it all went smoothe, and seamless a week later we took the Edge back to Their Hamilton, Mt office..fueled up to the mark they rented it to us at.... Enterprise and all of us are Blessed to have Joel on their Team Enterprise.. Thanks again Joel.. Sincerely Gary and Alice Hren...
