There was a four-hour arrival window, so I really appreciated that Devon reached out that morning to give me a better idea of his timing. It was such a simple thing, but incredibly helpful because I wasn’t left in a holding pattern wondering when he would arrive. He showed up when he said he would, explained everything clearly, and did a fantastic job replacing my windshield. Devon also went above and beyond by installing my camera and taking the extra time to hide the wires so everything looked clean and professional. That attention to detail definitely did not go unnoticed! It’s always refreshing to have someone who takes pride in their work and also provides genuinely great customer service. I would highly recommend Devon and Safelite. If I could specifically request him again, I absolutely would. Thank you, Devon, for making the whole process so easy!
