- CWCraig WilliamsAug 21, 20261.0On friday july 10 2026 I had a blowout of one of my tires under warranty. Went to the shop to get a replacement. They didn't have one. All I had on was a donut spare tire. And the blowout tire in my trunk. I needed a replacement tire immediately. They told me they'd have to order it. In the meantime, they put on a snow tire. And Point S didn't have time to replace the donut with the spare SnowTire on my vehicle. I wound up in their driveway, having to putting the spare Snow tire on my vehicle. I called multiple times through the next month. They never did get the correct tire. The one that would have matched all three. Instead they finally put a substitute tire on. And then I was charged for mounting and balancing. And they wanted me to warranty the new tire. I will shop around next time for a different tire store. Very disappointed.
