  I used Carnahan's towing services because were recommended to me by AAA. I was in the middle of a cross-state drive, and I needed a tow truck for both my crew cab truck and a boat. I was very impressed by how quickly JD, the driver, was able to come and get me.He was working on a very long workday. However, he still added more time to his schedule late in the evening. At that point, I was approximately an hour and a half away from Great Falls.JD was really nice to talk with while we were making the long drive back to Great Falls. Unfortunately, it turned out that my truck was actually experiencing a pretty major mechanical failure. Because I don't actually live in Great Falls, I was completely clueless about how to proceed with the situation.I decided to leave my truck at their shop after seeing how nice and professional they seemed. They got to work on the truck the next day. I appreciated that greatly. Speaking with Ryan the diesel mechanic I could tell he and the others were quite capable to tackle the repair. Given the significant nature of the repair, it was completely understandable that diagnosing the issue would take some time. Specifically, the HPFP needed to be located and subsequently shipped from the West Coast, which unfortunately caused a considerable delay in getting the repair completed. It's important to note that this was not due to any fault on their part. As for my vehicle, it was securely stored within a fenced area located at their shop, Sweeney was excellent at keeping me informed about the progress of the repair. He was remarkably understanding of my situation, given that I was out of town. I definitely ended up with a hefty bill, but I felt like I was treated very fairly. The invoice was very detailed and clear. I'm confident that they actually saved me money compared to what I would have paid if I had had the same work done at a dealer. I wholeheartedly recommend all of the services they offer. They are all incredibly professional, highly qualified, and truly expert in their field. Additionally, the team itself is a nice bunch of guys. Thank you. Tom Jones.

  Excellent service. Personable, professional, and quickly handled my request. This time it was just windshield wipers, but because of the way I was treated I will come back for other needs if necessary. Thank you, Carnahans.!

  Trusted AAA repair shop in Great Falls. I had an F150 come in from a blown heater hose connector over the weekend. Carnahan's was very professional with already purchased part instead in a timely manner and got me back on the road. They also performed a quick inspection of other components of my vehicle and were attention is needed in the near future.
