- JFJohn FreshmanSep 2, 20261.0⭐ 1 Star — Management needs to address this Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I stop at this truck stop about twice a week, and the same problem keeps happening with different employees. The attitude is consistently rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. What is especially concerning is the noticeable change in behavior when employees hear that a customer has an accent. Basic courtesy suddenly disappears — no “Have a good day,” no friendly interaction, and an attitude that makes you feel like you’re not welcome. Management needs to take this seriously. This is not a one-time bad experience or one employee having a bad day. I have experienced the same type of treatment repeatedly from multiple employees. If management is aware of this behavior and allows it to continue, that reflects very poorly on how this location is being run. You have regular customers coming through here and spending money, and they deserve to be treated with basic respect regardless of their accent or where they come from. Employees represent the business, and this kind of treatment should not be tolerated. Management needs to investigate what is happening at this location and take corrective action. Otherwise, don’t be surprised when regular customers stop coming back and take their business elsewhere.

- TITenacious InnovationsAug 2, 20264.0I thought the water was nice in the showers, not much pressure but definitely warm enough water. My bf not a fan of softer water but I absolutely love it! Customer service was pretty good all the way around. They have a liquor store casino's and a large selection of snacks and drinks the chicken strips were fresh and good, the potato salad was probably my favorite in a while! Fair prices large parking lot. I only took a star away for when I asked about post cards no one could direct me just kinda blew it off saying they were moved.... other than that worth stopping in!!
