I used to do all my oil changes myself in my garage. I've made mistakes over the years, pan plug not seated, filter on too tight etc... At The Valv in Butte I'm certain they'll never make a mistake ever.

Outstanding service! CW, Eric and Jake did a great job! Their customer service skills were top notch. They were thorough and efficient. I think it only took 15 minutes AND I didn't even have to get out of my car!! I am thoroughly impressed and I will be back as well as refer you to others. Thank you! PS: CW also showed me how to get the $20 off coupon first thing.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They explained what they were doing, answered my questions, and made sure I understood everything before I left. The service was quick and efficient, and I appreciated how convenient it was to stay in my vehicle during the oil change. Overall, I felt like my vehicle was well taken care of and I received excellent customer service.
