  I've had my 2025 1800BH Minnie Winnie Winnebago for just over a year now. From start to finish was great. I had the glass cover on the stove shatter. With it being under warranty they were quick to replace and install the glass with customer service being number one. Even after a year now when I go to purchase accessories it's enlightening that the Staff call you by your first name and still remember who you are after making your purchase. Thank you to all the Staff in making it an enjoyable experience, and I'll continue to make my purchases of RV accessories from here.

  Excellent service from these guys! Kayla and crew made sure we were getting the right camper for us. If you’re in the market and don’t want to deal with pushy salesmen/dealer, these are the right folks to go to.

  Had an amazing experience buying our first camper here! Staff was kind and helpful, and willing to answer and explain all our questions. The process was quick and easy with no annoying sales tactics that persuade you to spend more money. Overall great experience, we are so happy with our new camper! And a big thank you to the wonderful staff who helped us through the whole process

  Damn good people and damn good experience! Trust me when I say…. We looked around! We spoke to SEVERAL stores and we found ourselves wanting to ONLY deal with the team at Rocky mountain RV. Absolutely loved our experience. Super EASY, no pressure sales and quite literally Kayla would correspond with me on a Saturday night or a Sunday night to answer any questions I had. We received a fair trade in amount on our older unit and just was happy with the whole process. From Kayla, to the floor team to the guy driving the tractor… 10 out of 10 experience!   I recently bought a trailer from Rocky Mountain RV. While driving the rv home I realized the trailer brakes weren't working and upon inspection I seen that the wires were cut underneath the trailer by the axles. further investigation showed the was missing the emergency brake switch cable. How did this ever go past the safety inspection? I asked Nathan the owner to call me back to discuss this hug safety issue and never got a reply. I talked to his sales manager about this safety issue and how it left the lot in this condition. I was told thanks for letting us know, he didn't even offer their 30 day warranty that they say they give to make any repairs. Poor communication, poor business and poor way of doing business.
