  Saved from the Scorching Sun—and an Insane Commute! We recently found ourselves doing the ultimate EV walk of shame—coasting into Butte, Montana, on nothing but pure static and good vibes. We accidentally took the wrong exit and ran out of juice exactly one mile from Rocker in blistering 94-degree heat. That’s when the logistics comedy began. Ford Roadside proudly informed us they found a provider, only for Anderson Towing to call and say it would be a two-hour wait because they were dispatching from Bozeman. (For anyone keeping track, that's over 80 miles away). Deciding we didn't want to bake in our F-150 Lightning like a Thanksgiving turkey, my husband bypassed insurance and called GTR directly. They promised a 30-to-35-minute ETA, and boy, did they deliver. Enter Leonard, riding to the rescue in his trusty tow-truck steed. As EV owners stranded near Butte, we were fully prepared to take some good-natured ribbing about our high-tech truck. Instead, Leonard was an absolute professional—incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and completely unfazed by the electric vehicle. He even went above and beyond to teach us exactly how to properly tow an EV, just in case we ever encounter a less-experienced driver in the future. The Moral of the Story: If you're stranded, don't waste time letting your insurance company navigate a map. Call GTR directly. Leonard and the team are fast, professional, and officially EV-approved!

  They helped my son and his young family that broke down in Butte. Fit us in so they could get back on the road the next morning to get home! Can never thank them enough!

  Broke down in our class A motorhome just outside of Butte. Had a hard time finding a company who could tow us. Aaron and his team did an EXCEPTIONAL job taking care of us. They came and got us off the highway and took the RV to their yard to keep it safe overnight until we could get a mechanic out to look at it. All the team was SO friendly and accommodating. They took such good care of us, even bringing a 2nd vehicle which drove us to the hotel we would have to stay at for the night. That’s over and above service Thank you GTR Team!

  I had nothing but a wonderful experience with GTR from start to finish with the tow to my engine replacement. I worked directly with Jeremy who was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable every step of the way. I’m thankful I could trust in them to get the job done right.
