  Our RV rental had two bad house batteries and James was amazing helping us work with the RV rental company and replacing them. Thank you so much James for giving us a-class service!

  Driving to Denver and my engine light came on… stopped in and James was quick to help out. Checked the code, cleared the problem and sent me on my way with a friendly handshake :-)

  My brother, who is a veteran, and I decided to take a road trip to see more of the country. After alternating driving day and night, we ended up having some car trouble. Looking back, we probably should have been smarter about the heat, but we were excited to get here. Christopher at AutoZone in Butte was an absolute lifesaver. He didn’t just sell us the things we needed he took the time to teach us how to make the repair ourselves. Thanks to his knowledge, patience, and willingness to help, he probably saved a huge part of our trip and took an incredible amount of stress off our shoulders. Chris, you’re an absolute gift from God. Thank you again for going above and beyond. Employees like you make all the difference, and AutoZone is lucky to have you.

  Stopped in to grab a couple exhaust clamps for my car in the evening. When I walked in, no one greeted us or asked if they could help find anything. Then when we went to check out, two employees were behind the desks. We were the only ones in there after a gentleman left. Yet, we stood there for quite awhile before having to ASK if we could PAY. When we finally were able to check out, the woman was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I walked out in disbelief, because it was some how an inconvenience for her to do her job.😕 Customer service needs some work.

  Very helpful people at this location, I'm on a road trip from AZ to Canada, my truck started making some odd noises and all six spark plugs were loose. They let me borrow some tools and help me get on the road. They even called around to see who in town had a spark plug because I broke one. Called carquest and helped me get a plug before they closed.
