  This place is as good as it gets. Sadly, I wish we’d met under better circumstances. I hit a deer with my car and needed a rental through insurance. The deer actually got up and walked away, but my car wasn’t so lucky. Insurance paid for the car initially, but after dropping the ball on getting it fixed, and the body shop kept lying about when my car would be done, I ended up having to renew it twice on my own dime. Maria and her team made each of the interactions as painless as possible and even helped me get a ride when I turned it in. Zoe and William were super friendly in getting checked out and checked in. And Maria was involved each time and was clearly training the staff and doing an amazing job. Everything about this process of wrecking my car sucked bigtime, except for the experience with Enterprise. Any negative review of this place couldn’t possible be someone who experienced the staff, because everyone here had great vibes and was super polite. If you need a rental car, go here. You’ll at least be treated with great service.

  We were called less than 12 hours before our flight landed while travelling with an infant and informed they could not honor our reservation as they did not have a vehicle available after we had previously made a reservation. Our cost was for the reservation was around $555, after the extremely short notice cancellation we ended up having to pay $1700 for a turo. They did not offer any alternative, compensation or anything else, just we don't have a car, we will put you on a list if we get one and we cannot recommend any other company. Extremely frustrating and disappointing situation. I understand it sometimes happens you may not have a vehicle but I believe this could have been predicted greater than 12 hours before the reservation. Also the lack of options to address or make up for the error were essentially non existent. Be very wary about making reservations here.

  Had to use to enterprise while my car was being worked on and they provided me a jeep compass. The thing was a piece of work it shifted very hard and even though it is from 2025 it acted like it was made in 2005. There is nothing wrong with the customer service that was provided but the car was garbage. They offered to put me on a list that would get me a better car but most of their cars were already rented out.
