  I totally recommend this place to everyone! What an amazing person Dave is. Honest and personable. I came here on a recommendation and so glad I did. I had been using the local Toyota dealership and just didn't trust them anymore. Too many errors and I felt like they were lying to me. So I came here for a second opinion. Glad I did. Not only did Dave tell me I didn't need this extra service but he also didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need. I saved myself 100s of dollars and met a wonderful future place to take my vehicle for all my servicing. To the B&L family, you have earned my business and thank you for everything. Jaime Stermitz

  I appreciate their honesty, communication, and straight forward approach. Having worked in the industry for years in the past I'm particular knowing what goes on behind the scenes and how "I'm handled" lol. I trust B&L and think you get what you pay for. Here it can be peace of mind because someone with knowledge and experience is giving you good advice and quality work.

  Absolutely the best!!! I couldn’t recommend B&L or their wonderful employees anymore. If you take your car anywhere else in the Gallatin Valley you are crazy!!! Dave went above and beyond to help me, he is the best in town!!! Moe was so kind explaining things to me and was so helpful!!! Everyone employee there was friendly and knowledgeable!! They were honest about the issues and gave me realistic options to get things fixed! Their digital inspection is the best!! I can’t believe the incredible customer service and the incredible work! Do not go anywhere else, B&L IS THE BEST!!!!

  There’s an old saying about fast, quality, or cheap… pick two. B&L delivered fast and top-notch quality, and honestly, that’s the combo worth paying for. You get what you pay for, and with these folks, it’s well worth every penny. Everyone else was booked out until the end of the month. Dave and Heather got us through and back on the road enjoying our trip the very next day. Communication was top tier. You get pictures, videos, and texts letting you know exactly where things stand in the process. No guessing, no “what’s going on” calls, which I’m sure is a great feeling for both sides of the transaction. Extremely satisfying. Thank you
