  Absolutely horrible. Went to replace our car windshield (Acura MDX). But completely messed up my cars automatic safty detection sensors. We had absolutely no problem before. The shop's staff is not very helpful. If you don't have trained staff in all types of vehicle you should have told us before hand. Unfortunately I can't take our car to a dealership because there's not one in Montana state. Absolutely horrible service.

  A huge bird smacked into my windshield while I was enroute to pick up my granddaughter. After getting back home, Safelite was able to get my truck in ASAP. Totally appreciated the service I received.

  I am disappointed in Safelite. I've used them since I was young and I haven't been young for a long time. I made an appointment over the phone. This process was easy. I spoke to a real person and picked the date and time. I dropped my truck off early on the date of my scheduled appointment and they kept my vehicle for the entire day, with no updates. I attempted multiple times to reach out to the location that I dropped my vehicle off at, to check on status and was connected to an AI Receptionist that only gives 4 options. None of which had anything to do with connecting to the location that has my vehicle or even speaking with a real person. It took multiple phone calls, before I was finally connected to a real person. The unfortunate part is that this real person was not even in the same state and didn't have any useful information for me. I asked for the direct phone number to the location and the number that I was given, just took me back into the AI Quique. I understand wanting to stay up on technology, but someone should actually try and use this system, before exposing customers to it. I can sadly say that I wont be using Safelite any longer. Safelite, you have to do better!

  He needed a new windshield. Got the premium window that was exactly the same window. My pick up had from the beginning. Got it scheduled to come to my house. He showed up no exactly what he was doing and got to work getting the old window out. Then cleaning it and then installing the new window. From beginning to end it probably took him around an hour. I waited for a week before I went to the car wash and everything worked out great with no leaks. The price of my window was only $400 installed. What an excellent experience! I would recommend this company to anyone.

  Great communication, you knew what to expect, fast service, clean facility, friendly service, and they vacuumed the floor board after. We’re very satisfied with their work, highly recommend!
