  I like the quality of cars, and the variety of selection. I can always find the vehicle I want to drive.Whether I need fuel efficiency, or I need cargo space, National has the vehicle I need.

  They are good at taking the reservation, just not good at keeping the reservation. I had a booking and the day of my trip I was called and told they didn't have a car for me and they would cancel the reservation. They didn't cancel the reservation, I believe in order to have it show up as a now show rather than a cancelation initiated by them. I had to change my trip. I have used national for years and even have status with the company. If I cant count on them having a car for me after they take the booking and confirm the reservation via email, I won't be able to book. I hope it is just this location. I have called the customer support multiple times and each time have been assured they value my business and want to make it up to me, but no follow up. I leave this review only to warn others, don't count on them.

  Got a car out of Logan Airport in Billings, was just to make a travel to my city home, and the hassle of renting the car lasted almost like half day, and then the van that I got was dirty, which I was informed that the windshield was dirty, not all car, and also smelled like pee… you guys really need to do better, because was a horrible experience…
