  I’ve gone to Master Lube for a few years now as I appreciate the consistently quick, helpful (without being pushy!) service they provide. They top off my oil between changes (last vehicle was a Subaru oil guzzler) free of charge, top off your fluids, check filters, clean your windows - all while your oil change happens below! This past trip gave me yet another reason to stick with them - literally. They went above and beyond when they could see the dealer’s oil change sticker on my new-to-me-vehicle wasn’t coming off. They brought over a razor blade to remove that so I could put the new sticker on a clean slate. Truly a thoughtful extra on an already great service - see you next oil change!

  Everyone was so nice. I appreciated that very much. What upset me was the advertised price was $59.90. When I was asked what services I wanted, I said I wanted the least expensive oil change I could get. Advertised price was $59.90. My bill was $78

  We received outstanding service from Master Lube: they quickly changed our oil, cleaned our windows, vacuumed out the car, and found two problems that we wanted to have corrected. Plus they offered free ice cream and coffee! We couldn't ask for more.

  I usually get great service, but was a bit disappointed this time. A car pulled in a full 20 minutes after me, was serviced before me and finished before me. Just letting you know.

  Experience was great and friendly people, but the cap to the oil and transmission fluid weren’t put on properly. Therefore lost all the fluids while driving home. So that’s something I am extremely upset about.
