  I was honestly dreading getting an oil change and having to wait a long time somewhere since I hadn't made an appointment. Went to MasterLube and they had me in and out on ten minutes and they even checked fluids, cleaned my windows and vacuumed. I barely finished my free ice cream. What a delight....

  I have always felt good energy at this place, oil changes are expensive and they're competitively priced. Today while I waited for my car I got to witness the manager walk in, call out one of his employees by name and say "you're doing a great job buddy". That's what I care about, I want to know that the employees where I spend my money are cared for, supported and paid well. I can't speak to how these humans are paid but it is clear that they are working in a very respectful and supportive environment. It's always been my regular stop for an oil change because it's close to my house, now I know that I've also be willing to drive out of my way to get there. Well done Masterlube on Grand team!

  This location is absolutely phenomenal. Every time I pull in I am met with eager, helpful, kind individuals. This last visit was no exception. I was confused whether I needed a full oil change and they informed me I was still good for another 2,000 miles, topped off all my fluids and sent me on the way. I appreciated the honesty more than I can say. So many businesses would have taken my money without hesitation. Thank you for being an exceptional, honest business. It's also great that there are a couple of rockstar females on your crew. Great experience across the board. 10/10 will recommend.
