  Thought I found my "forever" mechanic. At first he was like "Come on in we can fix your car today" and now? It's "come in for a diagnosis and come back another time in a week". He says "everybody does that" - No, they don't. The first two times I was there, was because I had a rattle... left both times with him saying "your car is going to be so quiet now!" - a block away still rattles so had to go back a third time for them to actually fix it. Three trips downtown plus $115 for a fix with a zip tie. He advertises a "$100 diagnostic fee applied to your repair", but does he do the diagnosis? Nope! And don't even go in saying what you *think* is wrong with your car because he's not going to diagnose to make sure, he's just going to charge you and fix what you think the problem is. Who's the professional? Went in with the check engine light on and it's still on, so not sure what I paid $170 for...sure wasn't a diagnosis. You're not going to go into an auto shop without having at least $100 repair so make sure you ask for that diagnosis no matter what. I gave 2 stars because of the nice waiting area.

  Had my trailer tire blow out at noon on my way into Billings on a Sunday, this guy was thee only one with the tire size and ability to help me. I thought for sure he was going to upcharge the crap out of me and he didn’t! He fixed all the tires that needed to be repaired by the end of day so I could be back to work in Bozeman the next day and it ended up being cheaper than what he quoted me. The place is really nice inside, pretty cool shop he’s got, and they’ve got excellent customer service. Will definitely go to him for all my needs in the future when I’m here. Great place!

  I saw an add on social media for this shop and needed an oil change so I went and checked it out. The owner was super friendly and helpful right off the bat. The shop lobby is clean, comfortable, inviting, and has a kid area for keeping littles entertained. I heard him speaking to other customers in person and on the phone and he seems honest and genuine. I was very impressed and will be using this shop in the future for other automotive issues. Prices are very competitive and reasonable as well which I appreciate!
