  I want to share a heartfelt thank-you to L.P. Anderson Point S Tire & Auto. I was out of town on business for the week when my wife discovered a screw lodged in the front driver-side tire of our Subaru. We’re a one-car family, and that vehicle is essential for getting our kids to and from school, so the timing couldn’t have been worse. Under a lot of stress and with the kids in tow, my wife headed to the nearest tire shop, L.P. Anderson, and they immediately took care of her. They were professional, kind, and efficient, and even had a play area to keep the kids occupied while the tire was repaired. That small detail made a huge difference. Their help took an enormous amount of stress off both of us, especially with me being out of town and unable to step in. I’m genuinely grateful for how they treated my family, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

  LP was able to get me in for tires quickly and efficiently especially having to do the work outside since on a trailer! They even double checked the tires just before I drove away! Thank you again for great service!

  John Shilling went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us when we were stranded with a flat tire several hours from home. He trouble shot to help us find a replacement tire on a Saturday when nearly everything was closed. After his shop closed he tracked down a tire and opened back up to replace it for us so we could get on the road. It was so nice to feel truly taken care of in what could have turned out to be a very stressful and long weekend waiting for a replacement so that we could get home to work and family responsibilities. So grateful we landed in his shop of all the tire shops in Billings.

  gave this shop multiple chances because I figured maybe I just caught them on a bad day. Unfortunately, all three experiences were disappointing. The first time, I came in for a nail in my tire. I was told it would take about 45 minutes, but I ended up waiting in the lobby for over 2½ hours. The second time, I called ahead and was told to come in at 4:00 p.m. and that the work would take about an hour. I specifically asked if that would be a problem since they close at 5:30, and I was told it would be fine. After driving there, they told me they didn’t have time to do it after all, so the trip was completely wasted. The third time, I brought my truck in to have the tires balanced and rotated because it was shaking badly at highway speeds. After their inspection, they told me everything looked good. Since the shaking was still severe, I called to ask about it because if the tires checked out, I was planning to take the truck to a mechanic to look for another issue. The employee told me it was “probably the tires.” I responded, “Yeah, that’s why I brought it in.” He simply repeated that the tires were fine and then ended the phone call. I won’t be returning.
