    Not impressed. I drove my friends 2 hours to pick up their rental they reserved 6 months ago. They were informed that they wouldnt take cash or debit- only credit. I talked to them, seeing if we ciukd get a prepaid (nope), my credit card (nope), or put it under my name and card and have them drive (nope). I called corporate where they said every store has different policies (which is absurd) and they told me that I COULD put it in my name and have them as a driver. Went back inside and they had already cancelled the reservation saying "we over booked" and wouldn't help. Im sorry... this was booked 6 months ago (where they said a credit or debit would be needed) and PER POLICY the reservation is 'generally held for 24 hours'. They may have thought us going outside meant they cancelled, but they didnt. We were on the phone with corporate for less than 15 minutes. No one was willing to work with us. This was graduation and buckinf horse weekend. Dont over book your vehicles.

    I put in a request for a rental 6 months in advance(by phone) to go to wa for my dads remembrance......as soon as i got there they asked if i had a credit card(i don't) and i was trying to figure out what we cause do we asked everything someone else's credit card literally trying everything they canceled it at 11:47 we where picking it up at 12 came back after talking to customer support have a credit card and faith in our hearts.....nope they overbooked. So im like because you overbooked im screwed and he said no but yeah that was the manager that i talked to..... Im very unhappy with the customer service and you literally gave the rental away from me before i could pick up and everywhere is booked so thanks to this place i will be missing my dads remembrance because of them.....

    Reservation was made 6 months in advance. On the phone the representative said payments were accepted in credit or debit, they did not specify debit is only applicable for return itinerary’s. Arrived 50 minutes early, and learned a credit card would be needed for payment. Left to get a credit card, and returned before the reservation time, and was told the company employee had cancelled the reservation before reservation time. The employee said they were booked out for a week. When asked for clarification, on if all customers were told they were booked out for the week, or if an exception was made, and the cancelled reservation car had been rented out in this 50 minute period. Employee inquired with manager, Justice, and manager said no new reservations were made, but all cars were rented because the company had overbooked. Resulting in customers paying the consequences for poor management. A family memorial was missed.

    Completely unprofessional, Manager's at the "AIRPORT" location have kids in their office running around the place like their own personal daycare center. Customer service is subpar at best. They over book their customers and leave them completely empty handed even if you make a reservation weeks in advance. I could go on and on but just save the trouble and walk 3 feet to Herts or Avis.
