  Great experience. Easy to pickup and drop off. Very clean vehicle. We rented in Billings Montana and dropped off in Rapid City South Dakota. Both places the employees were very courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

  The worst rental-car experience I have ever had—and what happened was absolutely deliberate. My flight was delayed, something completely outside of my control. When I arrived, Enterprise had normal passenger vehicles available. Other customers who had not arrived “late” were being given them. I was not. I was specifically told that the manager had instructed the employees that because I was late, I had to take a passenger van. And to be very clear: this was not a minivan. This was an enormous 9+ passenger van—the kind of vehicle meant for transporting a group of people—not a remotely reasonable substitute for the crossover/SUV I had reserved. So this wasn’t a situation where they simply ran out of cars. They had cars. They just refused to give me one. Apparently, this manager believes a delayed airline passenger should be punished for arriving late to a confirmed reservation. I tried repeatedly to contact him. He wouldn’t answer his phone and wouldn’t return my call. He was perfectly willing to instruct his employees to stick me in a massive passenger van, but apparently not willing to speak to the customer affected by his decision. I then contacted Enterprise corporate customer service expecting someone to intervene. They were useless as well. No meaningful solution, no accountability, and no apparent concern that one of their managers was intentionally withholding available vehicles from a customer because a delayed flight caused a late arrival. That is the part prospective customers should understand: Enterprise had normal vehicles available. Management specifically instructed the staff not to give me one because I was “late.” A reservation shouldn’t become a punishment because your airline was delayed. Do not rent from this Enterprise location. A confirmed reservation apparently doesn’t mean your vehicle will be honored, management may arbitrarily decide which customers deserve the available cars, and if something goes wrong, don’t expect corporate customer service to save you. There are plenty of rental-car companies that would be happy to have your business. Choose one that doesn’t treat its customers with contempt.

  Enterprise has not let me down and has always treated me like a Rockstar. Check-in and returns are super smooth. Staff is always friendly and happy to help. Thanks Enterprise!

  Absolutly horrible communication and service, I needed a vehicle for a customer of mine, I called 2 diffrent enterprise locations in billings, was set up by both places with a vehicle, the first time they told me we could get the car in an hour, was called back not 30 mins later with them telling me a car wouldn't be ready until tuesday of the next week, 5 days later, so I called the airport location was again told they had a vehicle available and would be ready in about 2 hours, so I sent said customer all the info I was givin and the guy drive all the way to the enterprise location and gave them all the info I had received from them and after waiting an hour and a half after the time his rental was ready and being in thier office for a total of 4 hours he was told a vehicle wouldn't be ready until the next day! This is beyond poor customer service. Was promised 2 diffrent vehicles at 2 diffrent locations, had conformation numbers and all and both rentals were suddenly not available. Whats even worse is my company and myself personally work with enterprise providing services for thier company, so if this is how they treat fellow buisness relationships I can only imagine what an every day customer might be put thru

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Car was more than what I expected. I rented a mini van and was completely elated to get the one I did. Made our vacation even better!
