  The Enterprise service at Billings Logan International Airport was fabulous! They had exactly what we asked for. We wanted a four-wheel-drive medium SUV, and they had a brand new Nissan Pathfinder ready to go for us. We've rented from several Enterprise locations before, and they don't always have the car we requested. We appreciate that this one did, and pick-up and return were so easy. Kudos to the Enterprise team at Billings Logan International Airport. We'll be back!

  I filled out the paperwork a few months before my trip. I land and go to enterprise to find out they rented the car to someone else. The only thing they had was a mini van.

  I went to the ticket counter and they had my the car ready and told me what parking spot the car was in. When I returned the car it was really smooth process. Highly give Billings, MT airport team kudos.

  After receiving a claim for a rental car I had rented in July, I contacted the claims department because I wanted more information about why the claim had been made against me. A couple of days later, I was asked to give them a call. I was definitely frustrated about the situation, but Hannah remained professional, patient, and willing to work with me. I reached out to my insurance company, and my insurance agent joined a call with Hannah and me so we could go through everything together. We walked through the entire situation from the time I rented the vehicle until the time I returned it. Hannah took the time to listen, answer questions, work with my insurance agent, and go through the details with us. In the end, Hannah was extremely helpful and worked with everyone involved to get the claim taken care of. I really appreciate the way she handled the situation. Even though it started out as a frustrating experience, Hannah stayed professional and worked with me to get everything resolved. Thank you, Hannah, for your patience, professionalism, and willingness to help!

  Reserved a vehicle ahead confirmed it , just so I would get left stranded because they overbooked and apparently they had no more vehicles. You should be at least notified that you will be left with a vehicle instead of confirming they have it all ready for you. Horrible communication horrible to rent a vehicle ‼️
