The very next day, I received a call claiming there was damage to the vehicle and that it looked like someone had hit me. This was after the rental had already been inspected, closed, and finalized. I requested photos of the alleged damage, and when I finally received them, it was nothing more than a plastic clip that had popped out. My husband went to the location, snapped the clip back into place, and after that I never heard another word about it. Fast forward five months later, and I suddenly received a bill for over $300 for tail light damage. The problem? The tail light damage was documented before I ever rented the vehicle. They were attempting to charge me for damage that already existed. After speaking with management, the case was ultimately closed because the documentation clearly showed the tail light was already damaged prior to my rental and there was no basis to hold me responsible. No customer should have to deal with months of uncertainty over a claim that never should have been opened in the first place. This experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and incredibly frustrating. I will never do business with this Enterprise location again, and I would encourage others to carefully review all documentation and keep copies of everything. BEWARE!!!!
