  Explained difference between what we were asking for and services offered there, as well as benefit of their service and cost. Cost came in a little over estimate word, but not too bad. Provided a loaner car so we were able to continue some of the day's errands while they worked and get home in a timely manner instead of having to get everything done after the truck was ready.

  They were able to get my car in quickly. The facility was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly. They had my car in and out while I was able to sit comfortably in their lobby and get some work done. I would highly recommend them!

  Auto Tech is the place for all auto maintenance, they are unbelievable from adviser to techs, no lag time just getter done! The entire place is extremely clean, could eat off of floor even service dept. Friendly beyond expectations!

  Brought these guys a van randomly because they were the closest. Didn’t look at any reviews, didn’t look at labor rate, took a chance dropped it off at 7:30 in the morning they called with diagnostic and a price later that day. Had the rear differential replaced in less than a week and with a fair price! Van runs like a top now! I’ll be recommending them to anyone I know with auto issues. Thanks guys!

  It's extremely hard to find honest & reasonably priced mechanics & shops in Billings. Derek & Auto Tech Specialists are among the best! I highly recommend & trust Derek & Auto Tech Specialists for any & all automotive work needed. Derek has been working on our vehicles for a long time now & we've never had any issues. The repair prices are very fair & competitive & the turn-around time is amazing!
