  Brought 2 cars in and went through the hassle of getting them there and putting service off because I was told Sunday was 50% off. When we got there Sunday we were told that the 50% off was no longer. Also was told hours were from 8-6 on Sunday. We showed up at 8am and the shop wasn’t open and didn’t open until 10am. So very frustrating to have to wait 2 hours and to find out the 50% off wasn’t happening.

  I’m so happy that we finally have a Valvoline in the Bozeman area! They do a full point inspection every single time you take the vehicle in. Best customer service for vehicle maintenance, hands down! Plus! You don’t even need to leave the drivers seat. Take your car here! It’s worth the time.

  The service was super quick and professional. I worked with Madi (my apologies if that’s spelled incorrectly) and she was great with efficiency and information and I appreciated the communication. I was also very impressed with the many services offered and the knowledge of my European vehicle.

  I was lucky enough to be taken straight in with no wait. Once in, they immediately got to work with what was clearly a well orchestrated process. The team communicated effectively and the manager kept me informed along the way. The whole process was smooth and professional.
