  We live Valvoline. Maddie was great. Super professional and competent. We are so glad there is a valvoline in the Gallatin valley now. We will be coming back for all our vehicles.

  I am a local fleet manager who is responsible for over 40 company vehicles, half of which are leased. Took a 3/4 ton truck here to Valvoline yesterday for an oil change and when I was given the paperwork from the CSR, I quickly saw that under the category "lubrication points" it was marked "sealed." I pointed out to the CSR that was inaccurate because all the front end components on this truck are not sealed such as upper/lower ball joints, tie rod ends, etc... I was told that "we are out of grease, I'll get with my manager." WOW... No grease at lubrication center! I assume that the other 2 cars in the bays with me received no grease (one was a F350) or the subsequent cars before or after me. Prior to my experience yesterday, I had taken approximately a dozen vehicles here for service and I now question whether they were serviced properly. The ironic part for me was that I caught Jiffy Lube in Bozeman doing the exact same thing and left them to come over to Valvoline because I received the almost the same answer on a pickup that was the same year, make & model. I guess it's easier to check a box and paper whip a task that you pay for rather than do the correct thing. Seems to be a quick lube industry standard to deceive customers and maximize profits rather than provide a quality product at a fair price.

  I had never been to a Valvoline Instant Oil Change station and was recommended by one of my co-workers. The location was extremely convenient (3 minutes from my work). When I pulled into the station, Maddie (station manager) met me and asked if I had ever been to a Valvoline location before. I said no, then she proceeded to talk me through how I was to stay in my car and then explained everything throughout the whole process. Her entire team was quick, attentive, and professional the whole time. It was great to hear how they all communicated openly with each other, ensuring all steps were completed and making sure everyone was aware of what was going on and focusing on safety. Everything was explained clearly to me and I never felt pressured to get anything additional that I didn't need. I will definitely be using this location (Belgrade, Montana) for future oil changes. Thanks to Maddie and the whole team!

  First time here, and it was a good experience. I got a $30 off coupon in the mail and was due for an oil change so I gave it a try. No checkin, just roll up to the garage and they get you right on. You stay in the car and it is all very interactive and transparent. I will go back for sure! $105 for the high grade full synthetic. I appreciated the discount!
