  I have had my vehicle serviced at this shop for such a long time now and for the first time ever, I had a bad experience. I'm not going to point fingers or mention the employees name, however, I do want to say that customer service (including customer service supervisors) ia drastically going downhill and it's even happening at our local businesses that we choose to shop with, instead of corporate America. It seems to be a terrible Domino Effect. Unfortunately, customer service to me is what makes a business. I probably will not be coming back. I do want to give Merit where it belongs. The girl that's always behind the counter is amazing and has always been incredibly nice to me and I will miss her.

  The staff at Interwest Tire have always treated me well. They are both friendly and professional. The service itself is also at a fair price with fast turn arounds.

  It’s impressive to see how many vehicles these guys run through in a day. It’s first come first serve, I’ve never had to wait more than an hour. I e bought tims and tires there multiple times and it’s always been straightforward and smooth.

  Well I went to Interwest to get TPS sensors on my 2017 Toyota Tundra. From my understanding the TPS sensor for Toyota can not be universal TPS sensors. When I went to get a second opinion, three out of the four TPS sensors were one brand and the last sensor was a different brand. Still have my TPS light in the cab still on. That is my experience with interwest... not good not bad. Still driving around with TPS sensors that do not work. It's so hard to find someone that does good work... I will avoid going back. It's aggravating spending 50$ per tire to have nothing get fixed.

  These guys are amazing! They have taken care of my businesses RN Design and ICON Bunks as well as personal vehicles for many years !
