  Seth was awesome, everything else was pretty bad. Having one person at the desk while a 1.5 hour line wraps around the building is a pretty bad experience.

  We had such a great experience with Enterprise! We picked up our rental in Bozeman and pre-checked in through the app, which made everything so easy. Communication through the app was a breeze, and when we arrived, we walked right out to the rental car section. The lady working the counter was fast, friendly, and had us on our way in no time. We originally rented a midsize SUV but were placed in a full-size Wagoneer, and we were SO thankful for the extra room! We basically lived in that SUV during our trip, leaving around 6 a.m. and not getting back until 8 or 9 p.m. most nights. It was the perfect vehicle for roaming Yellowstone, Grand Teton National Park, and Jackson Hole. Just remember to download offline maps because we had 0 service most the time in Yellowstone. We returned the vehicle in Jackson Hole after hours, and the key drop-off at the Enterprise counter was super easy. From picking up in Bozeman to dropping off in Jackson Hole, Enterprise made the entire process so easy. We loved having the Wagoneer for this trip and were so thankful for the extra space!

  Jordan who checked our car back in was extremely charismatic, friendly and provided us with exceptional customer service. He Went out of his way to have a conversation and crack a few jokes without compromising the efficiency of his job. The rental experience was also seamless and very easy.

  We picked up our car in Bozeman, MT. Both pick up and drop off was efficiently done. I am glad I checked in online, as the line for car rental at the terminal was long. There was limited availability of midsize SUVs in Bozeman. In fact, there was only one car left. The car we rented was excellent.

  Flew into Bozeman on July 15. Found out days later my spouse dropped his CDL- license at Enterprise counter. The rep called my spouse and told him they would drop his ID in the mail. To no avail here we are a month later, NO ID! Whats worse then this inconvenience of my spouse needing to take off from work and schedule an appt to get a new ID, (as we live in San Antonio and thats the process)?! The run around we have gotten from Enterprise! He has called the 833 number numerous times, I called the local number, or so I thought. But it was the location on Babcock, spoke with Zoe who was kind enough to give me the local number for the Enterprise at the Airport. However she warned me they ikely would not answer!!!! And suggested itd be easier just to replace the license. And guess what the phone did not go thru, just a horrible sound like the phone is off the hook! The car we had for the week was filthy and not worth the exorbitant amount paid to rent the car, and at the time we requested a different car and was told there wasnt anything else available!To add insult to injury this happens. Piss poor customer service. I wish I could choose not to answer my phone and deal with issues while at work!
