I was lucky to pull into this place when my power steering line sprung a leak and I was 3 hours from home. Even though their schedule was completely jacked up with work before the July 4th holiday, the guys volunteered to stay late and splice the line back together for me. Incredible customer service, and really great guys. Thanks particularly to Charles, Scott and Wes.

Hey it’s me carter, I have been a repeat customer with an '06 LBZ truck, but my latest experience was completely unacceptable. This shop screwed me over to the point that I spent too much money in a short time and had to take it elsewhere to get their mistakes fixed. I have spent roughly $13,000 over the lifetime of my truck here, but the latest visit was the breaking point. My truck sat at the shop for nearly 3 months just for a fuel injector replacement, and the bill came out to a little over $7,500. I discovered they committed parts substitution by secretly installing cheaper aftermarket DTech fuel lines and return lines, completely ignoring my explicit directive for genuine Bosch OEM hardware. They also billed me for a FASS filter service kit that was never actually installed. The workmanship was dangerously negligent. Over a tight mileage span, the fuel work failed six separate times, including return lines popping off right in my driveway, fuel gushing out on a barbed end, and clips coming loose.Right after picking it up, and less than 110 miles of personal driving after getting it tuned, it started making a noise because Cylinder #8 was blowing compression. Thinking it was the manifolds and up-pipes, I bought a set of PPE high-flow manifolds and LB7-style up-pipes (the non-EGR ones) and put them on myself. That didn’t fix the issue because it was blowing compression past the injector bore. I had to take it back for warranty work, and they claimed the other 7 cylinders were all good after re-sealing number 8.That wasn't true. Cylinder #1 immediately suffered a severe compression leak under load to the point where a mechanic told me he wouldn’t even drive it. I had to take my truck to a shop I actually trust for an emergency teardown. They verified and documented that the mechanics completely failed to clean the injector bores and left the Cylinder #1 hold-down bolt loose. I had to pay a completely different shop to fix this mess.Management has actively ghosted my text messages for an entire week after being presented with the physical findings and the reality of my pickup—especially since these LBZ platforms are known to easily run 600k miles if you actually take care of them. Save your money and take your vehicles to an accountable shop that uses a torque wrench, respects customers, and answers when they screw up.Looking at the balance rates, it is clear one isn’t happy because of the compression leak. The shop claimed it ran perfectly when I picked it up, but my guess is they never put it under load. If I could post videos, I would show how smoothly it used to run with that classic LBZ sound versus what I’ve had to deal with recently. In short, take your business somewhere else or do the work yourself if you’re able to. To the management: take some pride and effort into your work, and maybe people will actually come back for future service.

My only regret is that we did not know sooner that Diesel Pros could do this type of work right here in town. In the past, we drove all the way to Spokane, Washington, for similar work. We recently had airbags and an anti-sway bar installed on our pickup, and Wes and his team did an absolutely amazing job. Their customer service was off the charts. They were friendly, engaging, and professional throughout the entire process. They did exactly what they said they would do, and the price was very fair. We will absolutely be back. In fact, we are already planning to take our Tacoma in for additional work. Wes and the entire Diesel Pros team are fantastic!

We had warning pop up on our 2500 Dodge Ram on the way to Yellowstone that our fuel filter needed to be changed. After calling a dealership in Livingston and being told they couldn’t get us in for over a week, we called Diesel Pros and the first thing Scott suggested when he heard we had had it serviced prior to our trip was to call them and make sure they hadn’t just forgotten to reset the indicator. He then told us he’d be happy walk us through it over the phone if that was the case. Unfortunately, it did indeed need changing and we so appreciated Scott’s honesty we immediately called him back to schedule service with him, despite knowing we were going to have a 2 hour drive there and back. Well worth it—he somehow got us scheduled for the next morning. We were in and out within an hour and on our way! Very reasonable price, and patience with all of our unrelated questions! Much, much appreciation! There’s a bit of a vulnerable feeling when you have vehicle issues while traveling and fear of impact to your trip and fear of being taken advantage of. We couldn’t have received better service and just wish this could be our regular maintenance location!
