  The process of renting a vehicle from Alamo (Enterprise Holdings) was easy from pick-up to drop-off. We got a competitive rate from the representative that assisted us. He made sure we had coverage in case anything happened to the vehicle while we were traveling. Staff was courteous and answered all of our questions. We felt confident driving the vehicle. Returning the vehicle was very easy. Thank you for the great experience!

  I arrived on a Sunday afternoon and the line was quite empty. There's also an option to scan a QR code and a major credit card and you follow the prompts. I stayed in the standby line and was in and out in about 10 mins. Went to floor 3 to pick up the vehicle and selected which vehicle I wanted, inspected it and off to the check out gate. Complete your inspection before leaving, you'll meet a security guard and they'll ask if you if you wanna prepay for gas. Return to floor 4 upon your return of the vehicle. Pretty straight forward process.

  Waaay over booked suvs they didn't have. Tons of customers just having to wait at the airport for their reservation.
