  Aaron in customer service was exceptional. The service center was shorthanded and inventory was low so he accommodated my familys every need after our flight was canceled. Our family thanks him as a great representation of Alamo for making the rental experience easy and painless.

  Absolutely wonderful, no problems, car was a 2026 which was so nice, had everything I loved, people were fast, and nice. When I showed my military spouse ID they looked confused, usually when that's done sometimes they upgrade your vechile, I was hoping for this as I wanted tinted windows (I have very sensitive eye sight) but I do keep in mind Montana is still mostly unfirmiliar with military anything (coming from a bigger military city) but that's not a big deal maybe next time? Anyways, it was absolutely wonderful no matter what. I filled the car up, washed the outside of it at a car wash and cleaned the inside for them as I wanted it to look as close to the original state as possible (I wasn't messy by any means). It was overall an amazing experience especially for my first time renting a car. I will definitely use this company again. It made my visit to my hometown in Montana even better. Thank you for all you do! I look forward to another amazing experience in the future! Maybe in the future I'll drive a 4runner like I have back home personally 😉 But I did like this 2026 Nissan Altima very much.

  We had a great experience from the pick up in Bozeman to the drop off in Billings. Not only did we save money by booking with Alamo, but we also got upgraded to a new 26 dodge ram and it was amazing! The gentleman who helped us with our pickup was great, super friendly knowledgeable and helpful, but the guy at the counter in Billings was amazing. He made our easy drop off experience something to remember. He had a great upbeat personality and had us laughing and smiling in our quick encounter. He was so nice, and it was the best end to our adventure!

  Dear Alamo Customer Service Team, I have an upcoming car rental reservation with Alamo at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN). My reservation was made through Rentcars. I would like to inquire whether the Bozeman Airport Alamo location offers the Skip the Counter service or any self-service kiosk that allows customers to expedite the vehicle pickup process. Since my reservation was made through Rentcars, I would also like to confirm whether reservations booked through a third-party website are eligible to use the Skip the Counter service or the self-service kiosks, if available. My goal is to make the pickup process as quick and efficient as possible and, if eligible, avoid waiting in line at the rental counter. Could you please confirm: Whether the Alamo location at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN) offers Skip the Counter; Whether self-service kiosks are available at this location; Whether a reservation made through Rentcars is eligible to use either of these options; and What requirements or additional steps are necessary before my arrival.   Wouldn’t rent from Alamo again. I rented the vehicle for 7 days for $860. Do the math. I returned the car a few hours late and was charged $244.08 for 1 day. Highway robbery and everyone else in my group rented from Budget and all had high end variants of what I rented. Mine was base model all cloth seats etc. Theirs were platinum models with all tricked out features. Shockingly my rental was the most expensive. They paid $100 for late return which is in line with their daily rate paid, not 2.5X the daily rate paid.
