    Wonderful group of workers. Helped me by identifying my battery was bad, selling me one at a competitive price and replacing it for me. All at no charge, how can you go wrong.

    I had an extremely frustrating experience at this location. I called ahead because I needed new windshield wipers installed during a long road trip through Wiggins. The entire reason I needed new wipers was because it was raining. When I spoke with Gail, she told me they could not install the wipers because of the rain. That made no sense, especially considering I was in Wiggins at the time and the weather was not nearly as severe as she claimed. To make matters worse, I called the Poplarville location and they told me they would install them with no issue. I called back simply seeking clarification as to why one location could help while this one could not. Gail then claimed it was raining so hard she couldn’t even see outside, which was completely inconsistent with the actual conditions at the time. Before I could get a reasonable explanation, she hung up on me. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and unwillingness to help a customer in a situation where functioning windshield wipers are a safety necessity was incredibly disappointing. Being hung up on after asking a legitimate question was unacceptable. This experience was inconvenient, frustrating, and far below the level of service I would expect.

    I had a flat tire and didn’t have any tools to put my spare tire on. I stopped fortunately at the Auto Zone and Austin helped me find the right tools for the job . He even put my spare on for me in freezing temperatures despite not wearing a coat. He was kind, knowledgeable, and worked through the challenges that my situation presented. I will forever be grateful for Austin and George as well for helping me get back on the road!
