So far my experience has been great. They didnt have the car i requested but gave me a free upgrade which is fine. The woman was more than helpful with my questions. I havnt rented a car in probably 15 years. There was a little mishap in the system because I checked in a little late. It only took a couple mins and she figured it out. My original ticket came up. And now im off on my trip. She was awesome to deal with and I recommend.

My recent experience with Enterprise in Waveland, MS was yeah great. I was in and out quickly, even without a reservation. They had me in a rental and on my way in about 30 mins right before closing. The employees were efficient and courteous. Great experience. Donna A.

The Waveland, Mississippi Enterprise is totally different than the Gulfport Enterprise. I had a horrible experience in Gulfport and will never go back. The Waveland Enterprise on the other hand does their job quickly and politely. The staff are delightful to work with.

Love the customer care at the waveland office. Never seen them once since renting in July the women behind the counter and inspecting the vehicle always seem happy and kind and actually smile. I will always use this company and now their car lot to purchase. Thank you
