  I enjoy coming here mainly for the entertainment of my little one. He loves going to the car wash! As for my car, it wishes the car wash itself worked 100%. Sometimes the sprayers are stuck, sometimes things don't work, but overall we enjoy coming here. The customer service is always top-notch. Keep up the hard work!

  DO NOT GO HERE OR LET THEM CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! I purchased a single car wash here back in January. Without my consent or knowledge I was instead enrolled in a monthly subscription plan. I travel for work and drive a rental car so there is no need for me to pay for a subscription like this. Also, there is no way for me to access "my account" with them (because I don't have one) to cancel this. I had to call my bank, file for fraudulent charges and cancel the credit card. There are clearly many others here who have had the same bad experience with this business so its obviously a pattern for them. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of MS to pursue further action against this company. BE AWARE. There seems to been multiple names for this place (Take5 Car Wash or Car Wash USA Express or Car Wash USA #029). The phone number listed is an automated system that provides no resolution.

  Samuel gave excellent customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to help me get set up with the right membership. He explained everything clearly and made the process quick and easy. The car wash itself was great, and I really appreciated his positive attitude and help. Definitely recommend asking for Samuel if you stop by!
