  We brought our car for an inspection because we suspected the engine had a major issue. They inspected and confirmed our suspicions. We decided not to fix it, but they did what we asked and were honest with us, which we appreciate. They are always friendly and do good work.

  I sent my client, who was traveling to Tupelo in my rental car, to this location because the brakes started grinding during her trip. They said the front brakes needed to replaced and the rear drums were fine and only needed to be adjusted. I paid for the work to be done and they sent my client on her way. As it turns out the brakes were still grinding and for whatever reason my client chose to drive back to Missouri that way. She was quite upset and negatively reviewed me. The next day I took my car to the Midas I regularly use in Lees Summit, Mo. There is was told when they disassembled the rear brakes the adjusting springs just fell out. Due to the fact I was charged $180 just for the rear adjustment, I have called this location multiple times and each time I was told I would receive a call back. I even received a survey call from one of their employees and explained the whole situation. I have never received a return call. I also gave them the Lees Summit, Mo. Midas location's contact information so they could verify my concerns. That location never received a call either.

  Our issue with our breaks did get fixed, but when the battery was reset we have had several issues with dash lights coming on and we don’t know how to get them off or if it means something else needs to be repaired. We’ve taken it up to Midas twice and we can tell that they’re tired of trying to help us solve the problem. Everything was fine before the battery was reset. And now we have to find somewhere else to go to figure out how to get the lights off. After we paid 1500 to get the brake issues fixed. Just super annoying, and unhelpful.
